Return and Refund Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to all paid programmes offered by Sprytani Academy Sdn Bhd ("the Academy"), including instructor-led courses, workshops, and holiday tech camps for both adults and children. By completing enrolment and making payment, you agree to the refund terms outlined below.
2. Cooling-Off Period
If you change your mind after enrolling, you may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of your payment date, provided the programme has not yet commenced. No reason is required during this cooling-off window. To exercise this right, you must submit a written refund request to us before the seven-day period expires.
3. Partial Refunds for Courses in Progress
Once a programme has started and the cooling-off period has elapsed, a partial refund may still be available if you withdraw before completing twenty-five percent (25%) of the total scheduled sessions or course content. In such cases, the Academy will refund the proportionate fee for the remaining undelivered portion, minus an administrative processing fee of 15% of the original course fee. After 25% of the programme has been delivered, no refund will be issued.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Registration and administrative fees explicitly marked as non-refundable at the point of enrolment.
- Costs of physical materials, textbooks, or equipment that have already been dispatched or handed to the participant.
- Examination or certification fees payable to third-party bodies.
- Any programme where the participant has been removed due to a breach of our Code of Conduct.
5. Holiday Tech Camp Refunds
Holiday tech camps follow a separate refund schedule due to their limited capacity and advance planning requirements:
- More than 14 days before the camp start date: A full refund of the camp fee will be issued.
- Within 14 days of the camp start date: A 50% refund of the camp fee will be issued.
- After the camp has commenced: No refund will be provided.
Transfers to a different camp session may be accommodated subject to availability; please contact us as early as possible to discuss options.
6. How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request". Your email should include:
- Your full name (or the enrolled participant's name, if applicable).
- The programme or camp title and intake date.
- Your enrolment confirmation or receipt number.
- The reason for your refund request (optional during the cooling-off period, required otherwise).
We will acknowledge receipt of your request within two (2) business days and inform you of the outcome after review.
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) business days from the date of approval. Please allow additional time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
8. Refund Method
Refunds will be returned using the same payment method used for the original transaction. If that method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative, such as a bank transfer to a Malaysian account in your name. Refunds will not be issued to third-party accounts.
