Sprytani Academy provides instructor-led and self-paced IT education programmes covering subjects such as network and cybersecurity, Python and AI development, data science, UI/UX design, graphic design, and coding for younger learners. Our services are delivered through a combination of in-person sessions at our Kuala Lumpur facility and online learning environments.
While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that course content is accurate, current, and comprehensive, the technology industry evolves rapidly. We do not guarantee that our materials will always reflect the very latest developments in any given field. Course syllabi, schedules, instructors, and delivery formats may be adjusted from time to time at our discretion to maintain educational quality.
Completion of a Sprytani Academy course does not automatically confer professional certification from any external body unless explicitly stated in the course description. Where third-party certification is involved, students are responsible for meeting the requirements of the certifying organisation.
To enrol in a course, you must complete the registration process and submit payment of the applicable fees as indicated on our website or in your enrolment confirmation. All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless stated otherwise and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Payment must be received in full before the start date of your course unless an instalment arrangement has been agreed upon in writing. We accept payment through the methods specified on our website, which may include bank transfer, credit card, and approved online payment gateways.
Sprytani Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course if the minimum number of participants is not met or due to circumstances beyond our control, such as instructor unavailability or force majeure events. In such cases, enrolled students will be offered the option of transferring to a future intake or receiving a full refund.
Promotional discounts and special offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Discounted rates apply only to the specific course and intake for which they are advertised.
All content made available through Sprytani Academy — including but not limited to course materials, presentations, videos, source code examples, assessments, worksheets, and the design and layout of our website — is the intellectual property of Nova IT or its licensed content providers. This content is protected under Malaysian and international copyright laws.
Students are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use course materials solely for their personal educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any of our materials without prior written consent from Nova IT.
Any code, projects, or original work you create as part of your coursework remains your own intellectual property, unless the work is based substantially on proprietary templates or frameworks provided by Sprytani Academy, in which case shared ownership terms will be communicated to you in advance.
Sprytani Academy and Nova IT provide educational services on an "as is" basis. While we strive to deliver the highest standard of instruction, we make no warranties or representations, whether express or implied, regarding the outcomes of your participation in any course. Employment, career advancement, or specific skill mastery cannot be guaranteed, as these outcomes depend on individual effort and external factors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova IT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. Our total liability for any direct claim related to a course shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid for that specific course.
We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party websites or platforms linked from our site. Any interaction you have with such third parties is solely at your own risk.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision at any given time does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
