Our Story
Sprytani Academy was founded in 2012 with a straightforward mission: make high-quality technology education accessible to anyone willing to learn. What began as a small coding school in a shared office has grown into a respected international institution operating across eight countries.
In 2019, we opened our Kuala Lumpur campus at Menara Felda, establishing a permanent home in one of Southeast Asia's most dynamic cities. The KL campus quickly became our largest centre, serving hundreds of adult learners and young students every term. Today, it houses dedicated classrooms for cybersecurity labs, robotics workshops, design studios and lecture theatres, all equipped with industry-standard tools and technology.
Over more than a decade, we have refined our teaching methodology, built partnerships with technology companies, and developed a curriculum that balances theoretical depth with hands-on practice. We remain independently owned and educator-led, which means our decisions are guided by what works best in the classroom rather than by shareholder expectations.

Our Approach to Education
Project-Based Learning
Every course at Sprytani Academy is built around real projects. Students do not passively absorb lectures; they design systems, write production-quality code, build prototypes and present their work to peers. This approach ensures that knowledge transfers directly to practical ability. By the time a student completes a program, they have a portfolio of work that demonstrates genuine competence to employers, clients or university admissions panels.
Industry-Aligned Curriculum
Our curriculum advisory board includes professionals from cybersecurity firms, software companies, design agencies and data science consultancies. We review and update every course at least twice a year to reflect changes in tools, frameworks and industry expectations. Students learn with the same software and methodologies used in professional environments, which means they can contribute meaningfully from their first day in a workplace or freelance engagement.
